General Additionals:
Additional character: +50% of the base price;
Additional small character (ex. pet): +30% of the base price;
Additional variant (ex. extra outfit, small pose change, NSFW version): +5% - 50% of the base price (depending on the complexity);
Character design fee (for clients with no reference images that would like me to draw solely from a description and/or a collection of non-specific photos): 20% of the base price;
Private commission while in progress fee: $20 USD;
Full commercial rights (does not apply to small to medium content creators using the art for self promotion): +200% of the full price;

• Your idea for this painting. Please try to be as clear and concise as possible.
• References for the most important elements of your idea.2. I will get back to you as soon as possible and after we set the price and discuss the details you'll pay the full price up front via an invoice. Split payments can be negotiated as an alternative.3. Unless the artwork doesn't need much concepting at the early stages, I will send a few sketches for you to pick from (this is where you can ask for changes).

4. Once the sketch gets approved I'll start rendering the image. If you want a work in progress shot feel free to ask for it.
Generally commissions may take between 2-12 weeks depending on my schedule and the complexity of the work.

5. After all the remaining payments are completed, I'll deliver the final image in high resolution via Google Drive.

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms outlined below. Please read this section carefully.GENERAL• Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at any time. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction;
• I have the right to reject any order for any reason;PAYMENT, ADDITIONAL COSTS & FEES• All prices are in USD.
• Payment will be made via Paypal or Artistree invoice and must be received in full before any commission work begins. Split payments can be negotiated as an alternative;
• If using Artistree the client will be charged a platform fee of 6.5% of the commission price during checkout.
• Full refunds are allowed if no work has been started. If work has begun upon being accepted, the commission is non-refundable;
• Additional costs may include, but are not limited to, a design fee, a private commission fee, "Additionals," and the purchase of commercial rights;
• Design Fee: A design fee will be charged for clients with no reference images that would like me to draw solely from a description and/or a collection of non-specific photos. This does not apply for Character Concept commissions;
• Private commission while in progress fee: You may request a private commission for an additional fee. This ensures that I will not post the work online or stream it while it is still in progress or until an agreed upon date;
• Purchasing commercial rights: You may purchase full commercial rights for the commissioned artwork at 200% of the full commission price at any time before or after the commission has been completed;
• “Additionals”: You may request additions to the artwork, such as extra characters, pets, variants, or other elements;
• Additional costs and fees are generally agreed upon before work on the commission begins. However, additional requests or excessive revisions that significantly delay or halt progress on the artwork may incur extra charges during the commission process.;
• Other additional costs may apply.COMMISSION PROCEDURE & REVISION POLICY• Generally commissions may take between 2-12 weeks depending on my schedule and the complexity of the work. You will receive the final piece via Google Drive as full resolution digital files. You will not receive a physical copy of the artwork;

• I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission. This is where you can ask for any major and minor revisions;
• Upon the sketch being accepted, a limited amount of minor revisions are allowed in painting stage and are covered in the commission price;
• Excessive minor revisions to the point that forward progress on the work has been significantly delayed or halted will incur additional fees;
• Revisions due to my own negligence are free;
• Additional major revisions will incur additional fees;
• It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions;
• Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission;
NOTE: I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please note that I like to work on multiple projects at once (both personal and for clients), so you will see me posting about drawing other things too. It does not mean I'm neglecting your commission. However, if any issues that may cause a delay come up, I will notify you as soon as possible.COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY• I reserve all rights to the work I produce for commissions. This includes copyright, and the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the work for sales;
• I reserve the right to post commissioned work to my social media and use it for self-promotion. This includes the right to livestream, record and share the process. Private commissions may be negotiated at a higher fee;
• Prints made for personal use are allowed. Usage as icons, headers, etc. in a non-commercial format is allowed. Small content creators may also use the artwork as icons, banners, stream overlays, and similar elements on their social media and streaming platforms. It is at my discretion what qualifies as a small content creator. You may share the commissioned work online publicly, but credit to my social media must be included whenever reasonably possible;
• Commission prices listed are for personal use only. Unless discussed otherwise, no commercial usage, alterations, or distributions as merchandise for sales or profit is allowed of my work. For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me at 200% the original commission price. This grants you the ability to use the artwork for various commercial purposes, including marketing, advertising, and merchandise;
• No matter what, you may not use the commissioned artwork in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI in any way;
• Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
